In a predominantly male-dominated workplace, female scientists often struggle to connect with others facing similar challenges. It's essential to provide women with a platform to cultivate a sense of community, enabling them to meet, share experiences, foster collaborations, and generate new opportunities. atom*innen aims to do so by organizing various events (both online and in-person), but also through peer-leading initiatives. You can indeed share your events for women in quantum in our online forum.
