In a predominantly male-dominated workplace, female scientists often struggle to connect with others facing similar challenges. Therefore, it is important to provide a platform for women to cultivate a sense of community, where they can meet, share experiences, foster collaborations and generate new opportunities. atom*innen aims to do this by organizing various events (both online and in person), but also through peer-leading initiatives.
